Standard Bounce Castle,  13x13 

• DELIVERY 🚛: We offer free delivery within 10 miles of our location in White House. Our system will automatically quote any delivery fees, or you can text us your address and we can send over a delivery quote. 
• DELIVERY TYPE: Drop off - We will deliver, set-up, and take down. Fully Staffed - We will. stay with the unit through the entire event. (Typically for larger events) Pick-up - only allowed for tables and chairs. 
• OCCUPANCY 👧👶: We recommend 4-6 kids of equal size on bounce houses and combo units. For our Obstacle courses 2 at a time race through. Water slides one person down each lane at a time.  
• RENTAL TIME ⏰: We Start Deliveries at 8am. We ask that you only request the rental for the time frame it is needed so we can do our best to fit everyone in the schedule. Last pick-up slot we allow is 8pm before it changes to an overnight rental for $50 and will be picked up the next morning between 8am-12pm. We also offer rent one day get the second day half off.
• WEATHER POLICY ⛈️: Unfortunately Tennessee weather is unpredictable. We will reach out the afternoon before your event to discuss our concerns. We are unable to set up if the wind gust speed is 25mph or over. We will not set up dry units if the chance of rain is over 50%. For wet units, we will set up in the rain.  Any weather related cancelations will be able to reschedule or recieve a full refund. 
• CANCELATION POLICY ❌ : We understand life happens. We allow cancelation up to two weeks out for a full refund. If you cancel within the two week time frame there are no refunds, we will save your deposit to be used within the same year on another rental. 
• ITEMS NEEDED : 
  • Power Supply within 100 ft of the unit.
  • Semi-flat, clean surface to set-up on.
  • Water Hose to reach the unit ( Water units) 
• CLEANLINESS 🧽🧹:  All of our units are cleaned and sanatized between each rental.
